How to plant trees in BOXofGREEN

To plant the tree correctly, start by digging a square hole large enough to fit the BOXofGREEN box.
Place the entire box, including the hessian sack, into the hole and fill the inside edges with topsoil while filling the outside with sand or soil.
Position the tree in the center of the hole and continue filling with topsoil inside and sand or soil outside.
Firm the soil thoroughly to ensure stability.
Secure the tree with 2–3 supporting posts placed inside the BOXofGREEN box. (If the soil is very clayey, it is recommended to build a macadam base underneath the batts.)
Finish by adding 300–400 liters of water. Job done!

CO2 Climate Footprint

BOXofGREEN’s climate footprint (GWP) varies across the different phases of the stone wool's lifecycle, from production and consumption to waste management. Here is an overview of the total greenhouse gas emissions and climate impact (GWP) across the various phases of our products' lifecycle. Please contact us if you would like a more detailed breakdown of the figures.

GWP stands for Global Warming Potential and is measured in kilograms of CO₂ equivalents (kg CO₂e), covering a wide range of gases, including CO₂. GWP Total is a summary of emissions from phases A1–C4. The climate footprint is documented in our third-party verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
